Flager 1.1 is a HyperCard stack and therefore needs HyperCard 2.X to run.
Flager is pretty simple, I made it so that it would be simple for people who make their Plugs using ResEdit would not have to open up the EVBible and work about adding hex every time they wanted to make something that required a Flag string.
All you have to do is...
1. Click on the button you want to figure out the hex string for.
2. Select the boxes that you want to apply to your whateveryourmaking.
3. Click the Figure Hex String button and Flager will figure out the string of numbers that you need to put
into the Flag field in ResEdit.
